We are excited to welcome and host 25 Japanese students in Term 1, Week 7.
The exchange students from our sister school, Toyodai-Himeji, will have a chance to experience everyday life with their host families, along with participating in some exciting activities arranged by their host family and Brighton Secondary School.
Some activities already arranged are a visit from Animals Anonymous, Aboriginal Culture Sharing, lessons in AFL and Volleyball, and a visit to Cleland Wildlife Park.
This is a wonderful opportunity for both exchange and host students to develop their language and communication skills and encourages an intercultural and global perspective.
Our students will be reciprocating and visiting Japan in Term 3, Week 10.
