The 2025 NAPLAN testing window is from 12-24 March.
During this period, Year 7 and Year 9 students will participate in four online assessments that aim to check how well they are learning essential skills in reading, writing and numeracy.
Year 7 and Year 9 students will sit these tests across the NAPLAN period in classrooms in Tarni Warra, using their own devices.
Tests will occur on the following days:
Wednesday 12 March – Year 9 Writing
Thursday 13 March – Year 7 Writing
Friday 14 March – Year 7 Reading
Monday 17 March – Year 7 Conventions of Language & Year 9 Reading
Tuesday 18 March – Year 7 Conventions of Language
Thursday 20 March – Year 7 Numeracy
Friday 21 March – Year 9 Numeracy
Staff have begun to support students to download the required software and familiarise themselves with the NAPLAN platform this week.
Students have been reminded that they need to have a charged laptop, wired headphones and a pencil and eraser for each test.
